"Support took way too long to get back"
It was annoying. I had to chase them twice before I got any kind of reply, and by then I was already kinda fed up. Not the worst experiance ever, but definetly not great.

"Easy enough for me to put together"
I’m usually a little impatient with furniture assembly, so I was happy this bed frame wasn’t a hassle. Everything came in the box and the instructions were straightforward. I put it together by myself in about 40 minutes. One screw gave me a bit of trouble lining up, which annoyed me, but I’m probably more picky about that stuff than most people. Overall, it was a easy setup.

"Pretty wobbly right away"
I wanted to like this, but the frame started feeling shaky within the first week. I went back and tightened all the screws twice, thinking maybe I missed something, but it still shifts around when I get into bed. It’s just annoying because for something you use every day, you expect it to feel more solid. Maybe it would be fine for lighter use, I don’t know, but for me it just doesn’t feel sturdy enough...

"Okay bed frame, but I expected better"
The bed frame is decent for the price, but i was expecting a little more for what I paid. It does the job, but the quality wasn’t quite what I hoped for. I feel like an apology or at least some acknowledgment would be fair.

"The box was beat up..."
The box was beat up when it showed up, and one corner had a bit of damage. I’ve had deliveries in the past arrive in much better shape, so this was a little disappointing. Thankfully, the frame itself still worked fine, but the packaging definitely wasn’t in the best condition.

"Showed up early, which was a nice little win"
I ordered a bed frame and expected to be waiting a bit longer, but it arrived earlier than I thought it would. Tracking was simple to follow, and the boxes showed up in good shape with no missing pieces or random damage. The driver even left it exactly where I asked, which saved me from dragging it across the porch myself. Small win for the week. Overall, super smooth delivery and no complaints from me.

"Quiet so far, just wish I’d waited to judge"
I’ve had this set up for about a month now, and it’s been quiet with no squeaks so far. It feels solid when I move around at night, which is a relief. I’m only taking off one star because I kind of regret rating it this soon, I really want to see how it holds up after more time

"fit my bed frame just fine"
i wasn’t totally sure it would line up with my bed frame, but it ended up fitting just fine. it feels sturdy too, so no complaints.

"Decent, but I expected a little better"
It’s not a bad bed frame, and once I got it fully assembled it did feel fairly sturdy. It hasn’t really wobbled much, so that’s a plus. That said, I was a little disappointed by a few things. Some of the pieces felt lighter and cheaper than I expected, and one corner already had a small ding when I took it out of the box. Maybe it’ll hold up fine, but I’m not totally convinced it’s as durable as I was hoping. For the price, it feels more average than impressive.
